Hi guys, I really loved your x5 days detox juices. I follow the rules, drank 3L of water a day & nothing else. Yes I was occasionally hungry but I was determinate to do it right.

Great choices of flavours for the juices and has made dieting more enjoyable and easy to get into and stick to.
The receipes with the superfoods to make are a great source of meals from this to use as well.
I have felt less tired and more focusing on wanting to stick to healthier meals long term after loosing a stone in 4 months:using the 5.2 diet.

Since being diagnosed and living with stage 4 cancer for the past 8 years my weight has sky rocketed, I need to lose 3 stone to be back to my usual weight, I know it’s because of the lack of hormones in my body which make it really easy to gain weight. I’m terrible with sticking to diets because I’m a big foodie and love eating out and with diets if I don’t see results on the scales straight away I give up. The 5:2 plan is so convenient and easy to fit around my lifestyle and I can still eat out and enjoy anything I like, just 2 days of low calories. I’ve found it so much easier than I thought and don’t get that hungry, I just stay busy on those days, have a juice or soup if I’m feeling peckish and have an early night to take myself away from any temptation. I’ve lost 7lb in the first week so I’m definitely sticking with it, can’t wait to fit into all my clothes again.

the juices are tasty & I do feel lighter/better for trying the 5:2. I only intended to try for 2 weeks and didn’t expect the next 2 weeks to arrive so quickly ..it was a struggle to find space in my freezer & would have preferred to change flavours. I’m sure I will try again & have recommended to several people

Easy to sign up for and happy so far with the juices. I signed up for a 5:2 subscription still don't know how easy it will be to manage the subscription around holidays etc.

Order arrived on time - no issues there. I ordered the 5:2 after their clever advertising on Instagram got to me! I did 2 days on the juices (spaced apart) and felt dreadful - really hungry, headaches and nausea which continued into the next day. I couldn’t function and was so grumpy! I lost 2 pounds but it wasn’t worth it.

It's the easiest and most convient way to manage a juicing plan. I quite like the 5/2 subcription plan. Juices taste really nice and there are special flavours such as black lemonade.

I do wish the juices were a bit bigger and I got a reminder on the renewal so that I can change the flavours.

Easy to use website, also found a discount code online. Delivered on time and still frozen thanks to the insulating packaging in the box.

Easy ordering and delivery and all the products seem to have a slight sparkle of health and happiness.

overall the shopping experience was straight forward. About the product: It tastes good, I put it on my cereal and in a drink at night. This is an easy to really boost the range (and of good quality) of plants in your diet.
